The process is quick and simple. Fill out the consultation form to the right (you can also call or email us directly). We will review the form within 24 hours and will formulate a strategy to help you sell your home quickly. We will then contact you to discuss the best option. |
| Does it Matter if I Have A Realtor? |
We recommend filling out the consultation form first so we can contact you directly. After that you may wish to consult a Real Estate Agent. Be sure to ask the agent to provide you with a list of comparable sold properties and pay attention to the average days a listing spends on the market. This is a good indicator of how long it could take to sell your home traditionally. Also be sure to ask your agent what happens if you find your own buyer while you are under contract with them. Many times an agent's commission and fees can be waived. |

| Am I Obligated to Use Your Services if I Fill Out The Form? |
No. The process to determine your options to sell your home is absolutely free of charge and there is absolutely no obligation. You would only be obligated to our service after you agree to the service and enter into a signed contract, as you would with any real estate transaction. |
